The Stentor SR1550G is a 1/8-size violin set from the Conservatoire I series, specially designed for young violinists who want to start on an instrument with high-quality sound and finish. The violin is entirely handcrafted and constructed with a solid spruce top, solid maple sides, and a beautifully flamed solid maple back. The Shellax™ finish provides a warm appearance and allows the natural resonance of the wood to shine. The fingerboard and tuners are made of high-quality ebony for stability and reliability.
The violin features synthetic gut strings and a lightweight metal tailpiece with four fine tuners for precise tuning. The high-quality wooden bow with genuine horsehair and a beautifully finished ebony frog offers balance and control while playing. The included deluxe fabric case with shape pad, hygrometer, music pocket, and shoulder straps completes this set. An excellent choice for ambitious young students.
