The Stentor SR1550C is a 3/4-size violin set from the Conservatoire I series, perfect for young, advanced violinists seeking an instrument with a high-quality finish and rich tone. Handcrafted, the violin features a solid spruce top, solid maple sides, and a beautifully flamed solid maple back. The Shellax™ finish gives the violin a warm appearance and protects the wood without dampening the sound. The fingerboard and tuners are made of high-quality ebony for optimal control and durability.
The set includes synthetic gut strings and a lightweight metal tailpiece with four fine tuners for easy and precise tuning. The high-quality wooden bow with genuine horsehair and a beautifully finished ebony frog offers a balanced playing feel.
