Description
The Royall PB12/ANI Pony Boy is a classic 12-fret resonator with a steel body and an authentic antique finish. This resonator is ideal for slide and bottleneck players seeking a powerful, direct, and raw sound. The steel back and sides deliver volume, clarity, and punch, perfect for traditional blues and roots music. The biscuit bridge and hand-spun 9.5" aluminum cone provide a tight response and rich tonal nuances.
The satin-finish mahogany neck and wide 46mm nut make this guitar comfortable for fingerpicking or bottlenecking. The 12-fret neck connection gives it that classic resonator feel, while the instrument is pre-set up in the Royall workshop. As with all Royall models, the resonator cones are made in-house. A lightweight foam case is included for safe transport and storage.
