More information about this Pirastro
The Pirastro P311381 E-1 medium (26) ball-end violin string is a reliable choice for players who value clarity and responsiveness. The steel core delivers a sharp attack and consistent tone across the register spectrum, allowing for effortless articulation and long legato endings. The ball-end attachment makes installation on tailpieces that accept ball-end strings straightforward, allowing for quick changes without compromising intonation.
This E string combines playing comfort with projection, making it suitable for both classical pieces and creative, modern styles. The medium gauge offers a balanced tension that feels comfortable during long rehearsals and performances, while the silvery, steely tone keeps the high notes clear and focused, even during heavy bowing or fast passagework.
