The Flight NUC500 is a concert ukulele with a solid mahogany top. This produces a warm, resonant tone with clear projection. Its concert size gives you more room on the neck than a soprano model, allowing you to play chords and melodies comfortably and with greater control.
The mahogany body is finished with an open-pore lacquer. This allows the wood to resonate freely, giving the instrument a natural feel. The African okoume neck fits comfortably in the hand, and the rosewood fingerboard provides a stable playing platform. The D'Addario EJ87 strings deliver a clear and balanced tone. The open-geared tuners allow for precise tuning, and the included Flight gig bag makes the ukulele easy to transport.
