The Boston NC-510-AM is an amber-tinted clear nitrocellulose lacquer, perfect for staining necks or as a warm mid-layer in a sunburst finish. This subtle amber hue gives the wood a beautiful, vintage look and mimics the effect of naturally aged nitrocellulose.
The lacquer forms an ultra-thin, breathable layer that fully preserves the instrument's natural resonance. Thanks to its classic nitrocellulose formula, the lacquer is easy to repair, polishes well, and develops characteristic aging characteristics such as crackle and discoloration over time. The 500ml spray can makes controlled and even application easy – suitable for both professionals and DIYers.
