Description
The Boston JTE-2S is a vintage-style body for the Tele T model, crafted in Japan from two-piece swamp ash. Constructed from two carefully selected pieces of center-jointed ash, this 50s-style TE body combines a classic look with excellent resonance. Thanks to the precise craftsmanship in Japan—where top-quality bodies have been produced since the 1980s—this body forms the ideal foundation for a high-quality custom guitar.
The body is unfinished but sanded smooth, requiring only light sanding for finishing. It features pre-drilled neck, bridge, and through-body string holes with 54mm spacing. Other holes, such as for the pickguard, strap buttons, and control panel, still need to be drilled, providing additional building flexibility. Please note: Wood is a natural product – each piece has a unique grain.
