More information about this Optima
More information about this Optima
The Optima 1001-HB E-1 string for 4/4 violin is distinguished by its steel construction and ball end, supplied in a heavy gauge for extra tension. This E string offers a bright, brilliant top end with direct response and excellent projection, making fast passages and arpeggios stand out sharply and clearly. The firm tension maintains a stable tone, even during aggressive articulations and long playing sessions.
This string is ideal for violinists seeking maximum clarity and projection on a 4/4 violin, in both classical and contemporary pieces. The ball end makes installation on standard tailpieces easy and reliable, so you don't have to compromise on tone or feel during performances or rehearsals.
