The Mahalo MJ3TBR from the Java Series is a tenor ukulele with a warm, natural look and a full, expressive tone. The body is crafted from exotic nato with a curved back, adding projection and depth to the sound. The neck is mahogany, and the fingerboard and bridge are made of sustainably engineered rosewood, ensuring a comfortable playing experience. The translucent brown matte finish emphasizes the natural wood grain and gives the instrument a rustic charm.
This tenor ukulele features premium components such as Aquila Super Nylgut strings, a Graph Tech NuBone XB saddle for added sustain and volume, and gold-plated Waverly-style tuners for stable tuning. The slotted headstock with an amara ebony veneer and abalone position markers give the instrument a refined finish. The MJ3TBR comes with a Mahalo gig bag, ideal for travel or storage.
