Discover the Hosco Japan H-20332GSVTR guitar machine heads, part of the Vintage Tone Revival Series. These machine heads are the perfect choice for musicians seeking authentic vintage tone and aesthetics.
This set contains 3xL + 3xR machine heads with an elegant gold finish and a beautiful oval knob. What makes these machine heads really special is the reproduction of the original machine heads, which used brass snare posts and internal hoops, exactly as used by Gibson® until 1975 and by Fender® until 1966. Today, the snare posts and internal hoops are made of steel, but by changing the material to brass, the transmission of vibrations is significantly improved, resulting in a sound very similar to that of vintage instruments.
The Vintage Tone Revival machine heads are based on the SD90 model for L3+R3, with unique features such as:
- Manufactured with brass components (string posts and rings)
- Longer string posts by 2mm compared to Gotoh’s regular specifications, which allows for an optimal number of string wraps.
