Give your guitar a great look and improve tuning stability at the same time with the Hipshot Tuner Upgrade Kit for 6 Inline Headstocks. Whether you prefer the added security of Grip-Lock tuners or the sleek aesthetic of classic tuners, the UMP (Universal Mount Plate) allows you to upgrade without drilling or special tools. Plus, you can easily return to the original setup without any evidence of having upgraded.
- Standard tuners fit guitars with 13/32" [10mm] headstock holes
The included UMP (Universal Mount Plate) for 6 inline headstocks fits guitars with 6 tuners on a single side. No drilling or special tools required.
Open-gear tuners come standard with HS knobs. Closed-gear tuners come standard with Hex knobs. Many knob options are available.
- Bass side or treble side mounting options
- Open gear tuners have an 18:1 ratio. Closed gear tuners have a 15:1 ratio.
- Staggered post option gives each string the ideal break-through angle over the nut
- Grip-Lock option uses a pin and thumb wheel system to clamp onto your string, no winding required
- The Classic option uses traditional, non-locking string post for weight savings on neck dive guitars
- String post hole suitable for strings up to .060"
