The Flight DUC440 Acacia is a concert ukulele with an acacia body. Acacia belongs to the same wood family as the popular Hawaiian koa and is known for its warm, clear tone. The laminated acacia top and matching back and sides provide clear projection and a balanced sound that works well for chords and melodies.
The 18-fret concert size gives you extra room on the neck, making the instrument suitable for both beginners and players who want more fingerboard variety. The African okoume neck feels stable, and the walnut fingerboard provides a solid playing base. The arched back enhances sound projection and helps give the instrument more volume.
