Description
The Boston NC-510-NT is a clear nitrocellulose lacquer ideal as a topcoat for any guitar finish. This clear coat protects the paintwork, enhances the appearance of the underlying finish, and simultaneously provides an authentic vintage look thanks to the natural aging effects of nitrocellulose.
The varnish forms an ultra-thin, breathable layer that doesn't impede the wood's acoustic resonance. It polishes easily to a glossy finish, is easy to touch up in places, and develops fine crackle and yellowing over time for added character. The 500ml spray can provides an even application and is perfect for both restorations and new construction projects.
