The Cort G290 Modern MGB is an electric guitar designed for players seeking speed, stability, and versatility. Its poplar body provides a balanced tone with clear attack and bright overtones. The roasted maple neck with Ergo V profile is comfortable in hand and feels fast to play. Thanks to the compound radius from 305 to 400 mm, you can smoothly play chords in lower positions and fast solos higher up the neck.
The combination of a Seymour Duncan TB4 humbucker and two Cort Voiced Tone VTS63 single coils provides a wide tonal range. The bridge humbucker delivers powerful rock tones with plenty of output. The single coils ensure clear clean sounds and sparkling in-between positions. With the push-pull tone control, you can split the humbucker into a single coil for extra variation. The Cort CFA III S tremolo, Graph Tech nut, and locking tuners ensure stable tuning and reliable performance.
