The SX SMA660VS is a characterful A-style mandolin with a classic teardrop body and a warm vintage sunburst finish. The solid spruce top combined with figured okoumé back and sides with a curved back produces a rich, clear tone with excellent projection. Suitable for a variety of music styles including folk, bluegrass, and country, this mandolin perfectly balances traditional craftsmanship with modern playability.
The nato neck with rosewood fingerboard and bridge offers a comfortable playing experience, while the 21 nickel frets, white dot inlays, and black fingerboard binding contribute to its playability and visual appeal. High-quality nickel tuners with mother-of-pearl buttons ensure precise tuning, supported by a two-way truss rod for optimal neck stability. Finished in a stylish matte vintage sunburst and supplied with a padded denim carrying bag, the SMA660VS is a complete mandolin for home or travel.
