The Stentor SR1400C2 is a 3/4-size violin set from the Student I series, specially designed for young players who want to seriously start playing the violin. The top is made of solid spruce, the sides are solid maple, and the back is solid wood – a combination that produces a bright and powerful tone. The fingerboard is black-stained hardwood, and the pegs and chinpiece are made of high-quality dark hardwood for added stability and comfort.
This set comes complete with a Brazilwood bow with genuine horsehair and an ebony frog. The lightweight case has a blue fabric lining, a music pocket, reflectors, and shoulder straps. Tuning is easy thanks to the string holder with four fine tuners. An excellent choice for young violinists who want to start playing with good equipment right away.
