Give your guitar a great look and improve tuning stability at the same time with the Hipshot Tuner Upgrade Kit for 6 inline headstocks. Whether you want the added security of Grip-Lock™ tuners or the clean look of classic machines, the UMP™ (Universal Mount Plate) makes it possible to upgrade without drilling or special tools.
Key features of the Hipshot HS6K1GL0SST:
- Standard tuners fit guitars with 13/32" [10mm] headstock holes.
Includes a UMP™ for 6 inline headstocks, suitable for guitars with 6 tuners on a single side. No drilling or special tools required.
Open-gear tuners come standard with HS knobs. Closed-gear tuners come standard with Hex knobs. Many knob options are available.
- Bass side or treble side mounting options.
Open-gear tuners have an 18:1 ratio. Closed-gear tuners have a 15:1 ratio.
- The staggered post option provides the ideal cut over the bridge for each string.
- Grip-Lock™ option uses a pin and thumb wheel system to clamp to your string, no wraps required.
- Classic option uses traditional, non-locking string post for weight savings on guitars with neck tilt.
- String post holes fit strings up to .060".
- Patented in the US and internationally.
