Description
The Boston TN-21-M is an affordable TE-style guitar neck, perfect for players and builders who want to build their own guitar. This neck is crafted entirely from Canadian maple and features a maple fingerboard, in the style of the late '60s. This "maple cap" construction is also found on several high-end custom shop models. The neck features a double truss rod, allowing you to fine-tune the neck curvature for optimal playability.
With a 9.5" radius, the fingerboard offers a comfortable balance between vintage feel and modern playability. The 21 jumbo frets are pre-leveled and only need to be crowned and polished. The paddle headstock allows you to create your own unique headstock shape. Thanks to the 10mm tuner holes, this neck is ready for modern tuners; adapter bushings are required when using vintage tuners. With a nut width of 42mm and a heel width of 56mm, this neck fits all standard TE-style bodies.
